Return Policy
At Lulo Africa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return most new, unopened items
within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Conditions for Returns
- Books must be in their original, unused condition
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Original packaging should be used where possible
- Proof of purchase is required
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), we cover return shipping
- For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
How to Return an Item
- Contact our support team at hello@luloafrica.com
- Include your order number and reason for the return
- Pack the item securely in its original (or equivalent) packaging
- Send the item to the address provided by our support team
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or customer-damaged books
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for the same item or another title of equal value
- If the replacement item costs more, the difference must be paid
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
